1. Scope
These Terms of Service govern the use of the BigCards online store and the purchase of products through it.
By using the store or placing an order, the customer accepts these Terms, as well as the other policies made available by BigCards.
Consumers' legal rights remain fully protected.
2. Identification
The BigCards store is operated by Hugo Silva, an individual entrepreneur, trading under the name BigCards.

3. Products
BigCards endeavours to present products, their characteristics, images and descriptions accurately.
Minor differences in colour or appearance may exist between images displayed online and the physical product.
Product availability and characteristics may be changed without prior notice, without prejudice to the rights relating to orders already accepted.
4. Orders
By submitting an order, the customer expresses their intention to purchase the selected products.
Orders are subject to product availability and confirmation of acceptance by BigCards.
After receiving and accepting the order, a confirmation will be sent to the email address provided by the customer.
BigCards may contact the customer in the event of an exceptional issue relating to availability, price, payment or another material error affecting the order.
Where an order cannot be fulfilled, any amounts paid for products that cannot be supplied will be refunded.
5. Prices and Payments
The prices displayed in the store correspond to the prices applicable at the time of purchase.
Applicable delivery costs are displayed before the order is completed.
Available payment methods are indicated during the checkout process.
Orders will only be processed after payment has been confirmed, unless otherwise stated.
6. Delivery
Delivery conditions, costs and estimated delivery times are described in the Shipping Policy.
The risk of loss of or damage to the products remains with BigCards until the products are physically delivered to the consumer or to a third party designated by the consumer, in accordance with applicable law.
7. Returns and Legal Guarantee
The conditions relating to the right of withdrawal, returns and refunds are described in the Returns and Refunds Policy.
Products sold to consumers are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity provided for under applicable law.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any rights legally granted to consumers.
8. Intellectual Property
The texts, images, logos, graphic elements and other content made available by BigCards are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Unauthorized reproduction or use of such content is not permitted, except where permitted by law.
Content and trademarks belonging to third parties remain the property of their respective owners.

The version in force will be the version made available on the store at the time of use or purchase, without prejudice to rights acquired in relation to orders previously placed.
